I am not a frequent flyer when it comes to massages and past experiences have left me more sore than I walked in. My experience with the ladies in here is unmatched!! So kind and caring, listened to all of my issues and questions that went along with it especially being the first time in a long time and having multiple pain areas. Walked out after 30mins being able to move my head again!! I have a list of health issues so its very hard to find someone that can be gentle and still get the job done!! A true professional healer and amazing lady, 19 years of injuries..19 years of regular massages and this was probably the best ever, the knowledge she has of the body reflects the love she has for helping others! The therapist, Jacinta was fantastic and really knows her craft. Very thorough, using a variety of techniques... a true healer. She was able to identify and release knots, some I didn't even realise I had. Jacinta was able to release so much tension in my neck, back and shoulder, i felt like a new man. The space was clean and the ambiance was very relaxing. If you train or have a few injuries, I recommend a 90 minute massage to allow the therapist time to work on all the muscle groups and injuries.
